QLN’s Services and Solutions
The Quebec Learners’ Network works with community
groups wishing to enhance their activities through the use of information
and communication technologies (ICTs). These groups may be mandated to
provide a range of services and opportunities to communities throughout
Quebec, including:
- health and social services;
- distance education;
- professional development;
- cultural enhancement;
- heritage preservation;
- community economic development;
- employment services; and
- youth services.
Our job is to help them reach their constituents through the appropriate
selection and use of information and communication technologies and through
the provision of project development services. We also help their constituents
gain access to these services.
